Frequently Asked Questions
How do I receive my images?
Images are delivered via digital files. You will be able to download them in high resolution, with a private pin.
Are prints available?
Yes! I have prints of many sizes and options available. You can order directly from your gallery. There is a price sheet available if you're interested - just let me know!
Are retainers refundable?
No, retainers are not refundable.
The retainer is also not transferable to another day. However, in the event that we had to reschedule because of the weather, you would not need to pay another retainer.
When will I get my images?
Turnaround time is typically one to two weeks during non-peak times. During busier times, turnaround time is closer to two to four weeks. I do my best to deliver as quickly as possible while also ensuring you love your photos.
What happens if it rains on our session date?
We will reschedule, with high urgency. You will not forfeit your retainer in this situation.
